We had a visit from Paul Cookson who came to share some of his creative and hilarious poems. We joined in with his performance poems in assembly (our favourite was about the wombat with square-shaped poo). Paul came into our classroom and we wrote poems about pets called “That’s no place to put a pet”. Have a look at some of our attempts!
