Pupils attend Wellington Eagles Primary from Monday to Friday. The school gate opens at 8.30am in order to allow children to access the playground to chat to their class teachers and prepare for the day ahead. Reception and KS1 pupils must be accompanied by an adult until the bell to begin registration rings at 8.40am. School finishes at 3.15pm and we provide a variety of after school clubs for all age groups as well as ‘JAG’ before and after school care.

Emergency School Closure
Parents are reminded that if Wellington Eagles Primary Academy has to close due to adverse weather conditions, lack of essential infrastructure (e.g heating etc) or inadequate number of staff to provide supervision, then parents will be informed via text initially. The information will also be made available on our website.
We appreciate that this may cause difficulties for parents who need to get to work, therefore we may also consider running a later starting or earlier finishing time so that staff travelling to Wellington Eagles Primary Academy are not under any significant or adverse risk.
